Campaign against Arab Emirates fueled by Muslim Brotherhood

According to the UAE daily The National, the press campaign against the Emirates has been unleashed by the Muslim Brotherhood from London.

They are backed by the Emirates Centre for Human Rights (Emirates Center for Human Rights), led by Anas Altikriti, son of Osama Altikriti (former secretary general of the Iraqi Islamic Party, the local branch of the Brothers) and on the website Middle East Eye, run by Jamal Bassasso (former director of Al-Jazeera).

In November 2013, the Muslim Brotherhood attempted to perpetrate a coup in the United Arab Emirates.
