Togo would have funded the presidential campaign of Manuel Valls

The opposition in Togo considers that, during an official voyage at the end of 2016, its president, Faure Gnassingbé, would have given five billion CFA francs to the French Prime Minister, Manuel Valls for his presidential campaign in France.

This money would have been siphoned from Togo’s national budget.
