Several private companies have captured the CIA’s IT war chest

According to Wikileaks, the CIA’s IT war chest permits it to hack any system containing a microphone. This would apply to mobile phones, computers and some televisions but only those with Windows or Android operating systems. The CIA can also read messages on Signal, Telegram, Confide and WhatsApp, even if they are encrypted and it does not have the encoding keys. In fact, it is even able to spy before the information is encrypted.

Occasionally, this arsenal can even be used when these devices are off line. Wikileaks claims that this arsenal has passed into the hands of private companies.

The US Deep State would thus have the option to use private companies, not just the CIA, to spy on anyone.
