Saudi Arabia, the Emirates and France against the Houthis in Yemen

Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have attacked the Houthi forces in Yemen in the region of Hodeïdah. According to Le Figaro, the Coalition is supported by French Special Forces.

The newspaper specifies that France will also be in charge of demining the ports at the end of battle; help that the United States has refused to provide.

Saudi Arabia is trying to reunify Yemen under its control whilst its Emirates ally is bent on having the country divided once again. We do not know how France envisages the future of the country. France is secretly deploying Special Forces in Syria, Iraq and Yemen. About sixty French soldiers have been imprisoned in Syria during an incident that took place recently.
