Anton Khlopkov is deputy director of the Center for Political Studies in charge of its educational programs. Since 1994, the Center has been publishing the news daily Iaderny control (Nuclear Control), and he is the author of a monograph: “Iran’s Nuclear Program in Soviet-American Relations” (2001).
