Henri J. Barkey

Henri J. Barkey is president of the International Relations Department at the Lehigh University. He was political planning director of the State Department (1998-2000). Author of Turkey and Iraq: The Perils (and Prospects) of Proximity, a report published by the U.S. Institute of Peace.
