Peter W. Galbraith

Member of the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation of Washington, Peter W. Galbraith was a negotiator of the Dayton Accords. Then, he was the first US Ambassador to Croatia. He is a professor at the National War College. He was present in the area where the Kurdish uprising emerged in 1991 and he is in favor of the creation of an independent Kurdistan.
