Former advisor of Finland Prime Minister, Olli Rehn is a European Commissioner for the Enlargement in the José Manuel Barroso Commission. A reporter for several newspapers and magazines since 1985, he also authored The Comeback of History: Rebounds of Liberalism in Europe since 1989.
