Bruno Tertrais is chief of investigation of the Foundation for Strategic Investigation (FRS) of François Heisbourg, professor at the Institute for Political Studies of Paris and expert of the organization Strengthening the Global Partnership, branch of the Center For Strategic & International Studies. He was the director of the commission for civil matters of NATO, expert of the French Ministry of Defense and investigator of the Rand Corporation.
