The Cuban government condemned the release on bail Thursday of international terrorist Luis Posada Carriles and said that the Bush administration is responsible for such a cruel and infamous action aimed at keeping Posada silent about the crimes he committed while working for the CIA when George H. W. Bush was its chief.

This case is even more outrageous considering that, four years ago, protected by his impunity, Posada Carriles revealed all the truth to the New York Times.
