Global war on "terrorism"
In 1980s, the United States and Israel created the concept of "international terrorism" to discredit the national liberation movements, accusing them of being tentacles of the Soviet beast. After the September 11 attacks, responsibility for quashing terrorism was taken away from the police and shifted to the military domain. For the Anglo-American ruling class, the "war against terrorism" had been envisaged as a means of affirming its control over trade routes (free maritime and air circulation), but it served the Bush administration and the Zionist movement to cloak their mistimed colonial adventures (Palestine, Afghanistan, Irak).
The same concept is used by the West to justify the setting up of an Orwellian surveillance society and by the Shangai Cooperation Organisation (Russia, China) to stymie the intrusion of the nomadic populations of Central Asia and to stabilise them by force.
Voltaire Network — a cease-fire agreement has been concluded in Syria. So announced the Russian president, Vladamir Putin, in the presence of his Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defense . Russia and Turkey are its guarantors. The Islamic Republic of Iran participated in drawing up the agreement but is [now] staying quietly in the background.
Three documents have been signed by the Arab Syrian Republic and seven rebel groups representing more than 60,000 jihadists:

Vladimir Putin: Colleagues,
The news has just come in that this morning, a few hours ago, an event that we not just long since hoped for but also worked hard for has taken place. Three documents have been signed. The first is an agreement between the Syrian government and the armed opposition on a ceasefire on the Syrian Arab Republic’s territory. The second document agrees a series of measures to monitor the ceasefire. The third document is a statement of readiness to start peace talks on (...)
On 19 December 2016, the jihadists of Ahrar al-Sham (Islamic Movement of the free people of Sham) — the leading group of “moderates” (read as: “moderately anti-imperialist”) — rejected merging with Fateh al-Sham (Front for the Conquest of Sham) during a meeting of their Council.
This Council convened just before East Aleppo was liberated which represents a major defeat for Ahrar al-Sham.
Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, formally known as Al-Nusra, is the Syrian branch of Al-Qaeda.

During a press conference on 27 December 2016, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan declared, that going forward, his country had to deal with three terrorist organizations all at the same time: Daesh, the PKK (Kurds) and the FETÖ (Fethullah Gülen).
« The [Westerners] accuse us of supporting Daesh. But now they are the ones that are supporting terrorist groups such as Daesh and the YPG [Kurds]. It is abundantly clear. We have evidence in the form of photos and videos to confirm this», he specified. (...)
For Manlio Dinucci, the Western media’s coverage of the Berlin attack, as well as the wars in Libya and Syria, does not overly concern itself with established facts. What is happening is what the novelist George Orwell called “The Ministry of Truth”. Current affairs are broken up into small sequences, disconnected from each other so that they cannot be understood. This enables our governments to conceal their crimes.
The liberation of East Aleppo marks the end of the attempt to overthrow the Syrian Arab Republic. It was only possible because of the abandon of Qatar and the partial change of position of Turkey. However, part of Syria is still occupied by jihadists in the service of NATO. The next military victories and the end of the war therefore depend on the secret negotiations which have just begun between the members of the Atlantic Alliance.
On 19 December, the Russian Ambassador to Ankara, Andreї Karlov, was assassinated when opening an exhibition focusing on how Russians see Turkey.
The man who fired at the ambassador (see photo), a policeman, had time to cry out « Allah Akbar ! » and « Vengeance for Aleppo ! » before being gunned down by other policemen and bodyguards.
The ambassador —a close friend of Vladimir Putin— was driven to hospital but it was not long before his injuries got the better of (...)
Voltaire Network— Jihadists at East Aleppo have been authorized to choose between heading towards Idleb (Al-Qaïda) or Rakka (Daesh), or being taken as prisoners. They were taken to [their preferred destination] by bus under the protection of Syria and Russia and in the presence of UN representatives.
Some of them tried to flee by mingling among the civilian population. When 120,000 inhabitants were being registered, the Intelligence Services managed to identify them and to arrest more than (...)
On Sunday 11 December 2016, Cairo’s Saint-Peter and Saint Paul Church was bombed leaving 23 people dead and [another] fifty seriously injured.

Under the presidency of the Muslim Brother Mohamed Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood was at complete liberty to ransack a number of churches and the palaces of bishops. Once again, Daesh has seized Palmyra following a surprise attack in the period 9 - 12 December 2016.
The “High Representative” of the “Syrian Opposition”, Riad Hijab, has denounced the forces of the Syrian “regime” who pounce on “unarmed civilians” at Aleppo but “jump ship like rats when confronted by the jihadists of the Islamic State at Palmyra.” The reality is a very different story.
In a synchronized [manoeuvre], 5,000 jihadists arrived at Rakka and Mosul to catch in a vice, the thousands of (...)
Thank you so much! (Applause.) Thank you. Thank you so much, everybody. Thank you. Everybody, please have a seat. Have a seat. Well, thank you so much.
Good afternoon, everybody. I was just told that was going to be the last "Hail to the Chief" on the road, and it got me kind of sentimental. I want to first and foremost say thanks to all of you. Just before I came here, I was able to visit with some of the men and women from MacDill Air Force Base, Central Command, our Special (...)
On 15 November 2016, the House of Representatives adopted, in the most discretionary manner, the Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2016 (H.R.5732).
The law takes its name from the code name of the person presenting himself as the “photographer of the Syrian Arab Army” who took shots of the thousands of citizens that would have died under torture.
The text which has been presented with bi-partisan support by twelve parliamentarians, is the initiative of Elliot Engel, the traditional (...)
The Supreme Military Council of the Army of Conquest has put a bloody end to the demonstrations of 17 and 18 November 2016 in East Aleppo.

According to the spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defence, Igor Konachenkov, during the first demonstration - «17 people, including two adolescents of 13 and 15 years old, were (...)
While the forces of the «Global Coalition against the Islamic State» are attacking Mosul, more than 14,000 inhabitants have fled the city in the direction of Rakka and Idleb in Syria.
This is the first time that we have seen a displacement of the population in the direction of zones controlled by the jihadists.
Daesh is an Iraqi product. During the planning of the interdiction of the «Silk Road», the CIA had decided to add, to the 50,000 jihadists of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, (...)
The Supreme Military Council of the Army of Conquest which controls East Aleppo has published the following fatwa -
Declaration to the patient citizens of Aleppo
Praise be to Allah, who, by his support, has glorified his worshippers, and who, by his power, has humiliated the enemies of Islam. Peace be to our Master and Final Prophet Mahomet, and to his family and to his companions, until the day of the last judgement.
The High Command of the Army of Conquest is fully aware of the (...)
1. The Small Group of the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL (Da’esh) met today in Berlin at the invitation of Ambassador Sabine Sparwasser of the Federal Republic of Germany and U.S. Special Presidential Envoy Brett McGurk to review the progress of our collective effort to liberate Mosul and to build momentum towards the isolation and liberation of Raqqa. These are essential milestones in our campaign to put Da’esh on a path to lasting defeat. We also used this opportunity to focus more (...)
Since the defeat of Hillary Clinton in the United States elections, several jihadist officers have been assassinated – not only in East Aleppo, but also in Idlib, al-Raqqah, and in Iraq.
For the moment, it is not clear whether these murders are the result of inter-gang rivalry, or if the Obama administration is cleaning up the signs of its crimes before the investiture of President Trump.
Since 1978, the United States and Saudi Arabia have been recruiting and organising jihadists against (...)
Upon instruction from my Government, I would like to draw your kind attention to the following important information:

A group of Turkish hackers, RedHack, has a obtained the e-mails of the Minister for Energy. Immediately, a Turkish court forbade the publication and the reproduction of these e-mails.
However, the 20 gigabytes of data were analysed by Professor Ahmed Yayla, assistant director of the ICSVE (International Center for the Study of Violent Extremisim), and ex-head of Turkish Anti-terrorism . They confirm persistent rumours and supply new details.

The British Minister for Defence, Michael Fallon, has announced that his country is going to reform the Free Syrian Army. This means that his government is going to take over the training programme for the so-called «moderate» combatants which was launched by President Obama in 2014.
The Free Syrian Army was created by France in 2011, and headed by the Libyan chief of al-Qaïda, Abdelhakim Belhaj. The operation was presented as an aid to the Syrian deserters led by Colonel Riad el-Asaad. (...)
On 22 September 2016, while cleaning around an abandoned troglodyte refuge not far from the church of Saint-Florent on the outskirts of Saumur (France), a group of workers saw three men drive away hurriedly in a white van. Entering the cave, they discovered video equipment and a generator, as well as newspapers in the Arab language and Daesh flags.
Wishing to calm not only the anxiety of the population, but also the police, the gendarmerie and the sub-prefect, General Arnaud Nicolazo de (...)
The Minister of Foundations and Cults of the Regional Kurdish Government of Iraq has revealed that 85% of the local Kurds who have joined Daesh were educated in Quranic schools.
These Quranic schools exist mainly in Afghanistan, in Egypt, in Iran and in Yemen. There are 23 in Iraqi Kurdistan.
The Regional Kurdish Government of Iraq has collaborated, and still collaborates with Daesh – whether for the conquest of territories in Iraq or for the trafficking of hydrocarbons. However, it is (...)

The «moderates» of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) attacked the Kurds of the YPG in the North of Syria after the cease-fire had come into force.
Russia specifically asked the FSA to stop fighting.
In reality, this group of the FSA was formed by the Turkish army during the «liberation» of Jarablus, which until then had been occupied by Daesh. However, on instructions from Ankara, the men of Daesh abandoned the flag of the Caliphate for the colours of the FSA. No shots were fired. Today, the (...)
Good evening, everybody. We are still gathering information at this time, but we have been able to confirm that, earlier today, the United States struck what we believed to be an ISIL target. We halted the attack when we were informed by Russia that it was possible that we were striking Syrian regime military personnel and vehicles. We are investigating the incident. If we determine that we did indeed strike Syrian military personnel, that was not our intention, and we, of course, regret (...)
The Iraqi government has requested the replacement of the Saudi ambassador to Bagdad, Thamer Al-Subha, after the latter refused to condemn the actions of his cousin, Abdel-Salaam Al-Subhan, and after he publicly gave his support to Daesh.
It is the worst kept secret in Iraq and Syria that Saudi Arabia is Daesh’s principal funder.
The Iraqi government has confirmed that Abdel-Salaam Al-Subhan (photo) died while fighting for (...)
According to the Belgian Social-Christian MP, Georges Dallemagne (the former doctor close to the French Minister of Defence), soldiers on duty in front of the Bataclan at Paris, at the time of the Isis attacks on 13 November 2015, did not intervene.
Interviewed by RTL Belgique, the politician declared:
“We know that the police did not intervene even though they were at the scene. We know that the Sentinelle Force, that had six armed soldiers in front of the Bataclan did not intervene when (...)
In August 2014, Israel participated in driving out the Blue Helmets from the Golan buffer zone, and for two years entrusted this territory to al-Qaeda, to which it guarantees logistics. Then, Benjamin Netanyahu announced his intention to violate Resolution 338 and to annex Golan under occupation. This was the last straw. The US and the Russian Federation have decided to call Tel-Aviv to heel.
