In the 1980’s, the South African system of apartheid was “threatened”. The regime set up a secret program of biological and chemical research that it called “Project Coast.” Its objective was to produce lethal substances which were ethnically selective and destructive, thereby allowing the reduction in the black population. The exact number of people who died in these experiments is unknown, though some estimate several thousands. The director of the project, Dr. Wouter Basson, was freed April 12, 2002 after an unusual trial. A scandal has emerged around Switzerland having collaborated with “Doctor Death’s” research. Sects, a Different Approach

The sects are today a major concern for states, to the extent that it has established structures to study and fight them. However, the usual approach of the sects in terms of psychical manipulation does not allow understanding such concern. The commissions that have studied the problem do not suggest a precise definition of the sects and do not avoid contradictions. Usually it is observed that the current legislation is enough, although the adoption of new laws is requested. A different approach based on the monitoring of activities held by certain sects in public life may be suggested. The interference of different groups with the political life of some countries allows, in fact, to better understand the concern of the States. The specialization of certain organizations in professional training for high tech sensitive companies is also another particular concern. The realization of this mentally ill plan was prevented, at the last minute, by the president John F. Kennedy.

The perpetrators of September 11, 2001 attacks and the people that knew about these terrorist acts could prevent, anticipate and know what their economic effects would be. Consequently, they were able to make some speculative schemes in the stock market on the airlines that owned the hijacked airplanes, on the societies that had its headquarters in the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center and their respective insurances. They could also anticipate a possible general fall on the shares quoted on the stock market. In order to do all this, they just had to speculate for a fall by buying not only the shares of these companies but the «puts», that is, the «put option». The identification of these «knowers» involved in this financial crime represented not only a key piece in a stock market fraud but, and above all, a mean to directly or indirectly establish the identity of the perpetrators of the September 11 (...)

On January 1, 2001, the Dutchman Ruud Lubbers succeeded Japan’s Sadako Okata to head of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). His nomination was proposed on October 25, 2000 by UN General Secretary Kofi Annan, and later ratified by the New York-headquartered General Assembly. All of this was no surprise however. Various candidates were proposed for the position - among them Bernard Kouchner, whose candidacy was supported by the French government. France, in turn, promised that if Kouchner were selected, that nation’s financial contribution to the UNHCR would be voluntarily increased.

It was during the dictatorship of General Francisco Franco in Spain that priest José María Escriva de Balaguer founded and established the grounds of the Opus Dei . As Franco’s spiritual advisor and thanks to the organization he founded, Balaguer chose and trained the elite members of the Franco dictatorship until he controlled the essence of powers. Later, Balaguer was sent to the Vatican and from there he worked to spread his power to Latin America. The Opus Dei carries out a gigantic campaign to tame those Catholic priests regarded as “guilty” of appreciating Marxist analyses and opposing military or Catholic dictatorships.
