Vartan Toganian has a Doctor’s Degree in Political Sciences and he is the author of dozens of geo-political books. He worked for the Ministry of Foreign Relations of Armenia in the 1990s. Since 2001, he is the president of the media of the Euro-Asian group, a trans-regional organization that has diverse publications, among them: the Information Agency of the Caspian, the Evrasia newspaper, the Za Rubiejom news daily and others.
