Former President of Finland, Martti Ahtisaari is founder and president of the Management Council of the Crisis Management Initiative. President of the Management Council of the International Crisis Group and member of the Orientation Council of the Open Society Institute of George Soros. Was a UN Special Envoy in Bosnia Herzegovina. President of the Independent Commission on Turkey created by the British Council and the Open Society Insitute.
