Contrary to denials by the international press, Tajik leader Ahmad Massoud and former Tajik head of the Afghan secret service, Amrullah Saleh, have left Afghanistan.

Ahmad Massoud, the son of “Commander Massoud” was supported by the CIA.

Massoud and Saleh were given political asylum in Tajikistan just days after the convening of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Collective Security Treaty Organization summits.
