The Allies have enhanced NATO’s forward presence in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, and have established a tailored forward presence in the Black Sea region. Additional multinational battle groups have been positioned in Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia.

According to Ruslan Kosygin, deputy chief of the Belarusian General Staff, there is a flagrant increase of armed forces on NATO’s eastern front, while US troops stationed in Europe have retreated back to the United States. Everything is in place for an Allied military confrontation against Russia, but without US troops.
