On 7 April 2016, Jane’s revealed that in 2015 the US Navy Military Sealift Command had launched, two calls for tender to transport arms from the Romanian port of Constanta to the Jordanian port of Aqaba [1].

The weapons that could be identified were manufactured in Bulgaria. This confirms the previous enquiry of the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network [2] as well as our own [3].

The winning bidder was Transatlantic Lineset and Geysir (IMO: 7710733) delivered the shipment.

The first freight left Romania on 5 December 2015. Half was unloaded at Taşucu (Turkey), and the other half at Aqaba (Jordan). It consisted of a total of 117 containers, weighing 2 007 tonnes. In addition to Kalachnikovs and some machine guns, there were about 50 Faktoria launch-missiles, 796 - 854 missiles and 162 tons of explosives.

Faktoria anti-tanks have been chosen because they are similar to the 9K111 Fagots ATGW that are used by the Arab Syrian Army, only they are an improved version. This means that one may accuse the Syrian Army of several crimes that it has not [actually] committed.

We have just learnt that the second delivery, which was bigger than the first, left Romania on 28 March 2016 and was delivered on 7 April. This is the same day that the article in Jane’s was published.

This means that the United States has, itself, violated the cessation of hostilities signed on 12 February 2016. They have taken advantage of the naiviety of Russia and Syria in order to rearm Jihadist groups, just as they had done at the start of 2012, during an Observation Mission of the Arab League and later, during an Observation Mission at the United Nations.

The Pentagon has handed over these weapons Pentagon, either directly or through the Turkish army to groups qualified as “moderates” that are, at the same time, participating in the Geneva peace negotiations.

According to observors on site, some of which oppose the Arab Syrian Republic, these groups that coordinate their action on the battle field with Al-Qaïda, systematically hand over half the arms they receive to this international terrorist organization. This demonstrates that it is the United States that arms Al-Qaïda, just as it is for the main part, the United States that armed Isis, significantly in 2014, by organizing «the abandoning» of the arms that they had just delivered to the Iraqi army.
