Bush dislikes shaking hands with Haitians

+

Public opinion in Latin America was outraged by a short clip from a BBC report which was relayed by television networks throughout the region. It shows both U.S. special envoys for the humanitarian crisis in Haiti, former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, clasping hands with the crowd in front of numerous photographers.

However, Mr. Bush is repelled by the hand contact with the Haitians and discreetly wipes his own hand on Mr. Clinton’s shirt.

In his defense, Republican commentators have affirmed that the former President is not allergic to Blacks; he simply suffers from germ phobia.
